Bulk Upload Warrants

Use this tab to record all warrant grants.

If a warrant has already been exercised, include the exercise details in the same row. Cake will automatically create the corresponding share issuance during upload. If a warrant has been partially or fully lapsed, include the lapse details in the same row. Cake will automatically record the lapse during upload.

1. Enter your warrant details in the Warrants tab.

2. When ready, click File → Download → CSV from the top menu.

3. In Cake, go to Ownership → Cap Table and navigate to the Warrants section. Click the bulk upload option.

4. Drag your CSV file into the pop-up window and click Next.

5. Review and validate the data, then click Import.
