Bulk Upload Options, RSAs, RSUs & Share Plans

Use these tabs to record all equity grants.

Note that vesting schedules are applied in Cake after upload — all grants in a single upload batch will share the same vesting schedule, so if you have multiple vesting schedules, you'll need to upload each as a separate CSV file.

If a security has already been exercised, include the exercise details in the same row. Cake will automatically create the corresponding share issuance during upload. If a security has been partially or fully lapsed, include the lapse details in the same row. Cake will automatically record the lapse during upload.

⚠️ Before you upload: Make sure you've set up your equity plan in Cake first. Go to Incentive Plans → Add equity plan. You cannot bulk upload grants without an existing plan.

1. Enter your grant details in the relevant tab — Options, RSAs, RSUs or Share Plans.

2. When ready, click File → Download → CSV from the top menu. If you have grants with different vesting schedules, download and upload each batch separately.

3. In Cake, go to your equity plan and click View Pool → Bulk upload offers in the top right corner.

4. Drag your CSV file into the pop-up window and click Next.

5. Review and validate the data, then click Import.

6. Set up the vesting schedule for this batch, then click Add offers.

7. Repeat for each additional batch.
