Refund policy
Cake subscriptions and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. This applies to all plans and billing frequencies.
Avoiding unwanted charges
To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
Find your renewal date: go to Settings and select the Billing tab. Your renewal date is shown in your subscription details.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period
Your Cake account will be deleted on this date
Your investors and employees will lose access to My Cake and all account data
Until then, you can still log in, view your data, and download documents
Reactivating your account
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe from Settings → Billing before your account is deleted.
