Delete Option Grants and Pools

Remove individual stock option grants or entire option pools from your plan. Note: Option pools can only be deleted when they're completely empty.

Important: This process permanently removes grants from your records. For employees leaving the company, most companies use the offboarding process instead to retain a record of the original grant while managing vesting and lapsing appropriately.

Delete Individual Option Grants

1. Navigate to Incentive plans → Stock Options (or Options depending on your region) from the main menu

2. Click View Pool for the relevant option plan

3. Choose your deletion method:

Delete Multiple Offers:

• Tick the checkbox next to each offer you want to delete

• Click Bulk Actions and select Delete Grants

Delete Single Offer:

• Click the trash icon 🗑️ on the right side of the offer

Delete an Entire Option Pool

You can only delete a pool after removing all offers within it.

1. Navigate to Incentive plans → Options from the main menu

2. Click View Pool for the pool you want to delete

3. First, delete all offers using the steps above

4. Click the trash icon 🗑️ in the top right corner to delete the empty pool

Important: Both draft and granted offers must be removed before you can delete the pool itself.
