Download your share certificate
After the company issues your share certificate, you can download a copy from your portfolio.
Method 1, From Portfolio
Log in at app.cakeequity.com/portal.
Click Portfolio in the main menu.
Click View on the holding you want.
In the Documents section on the right, click the download icon next to Share Certificate.
Method 2, From Documents
Log in at app.cakeequity.com/portal.
Click Documents in the main menu.
Click the download icon to the right of your share certificate.
Your certificate downloads as a PDF.
Certificate not showing?
If you've been told a certificate was issued but can't see it in your portal, contact the company. They may need to re-share it from their Cake account.
