Edit or Delete Stakeholder Details
You can update a stakeholder's details at any time, including their email address, street address, contact person, or signatories. You can also remove a stakeholder from your registry if needed.
Edit stakeholder details
Go to Engage → All.
Click on the stakeholder you want to update.
Click Edit in the top right to open all editable fields.
Update the information as needed.
Click Save.
Fields you can update include: name, email address, street address, contact person, and signatories.
Delete a stakeholder
Note: Deleting a stakeholder removes them from your registry. Only delete a stakeholder if they have no equity holdings or transaction history in Cake, otherwise this may affect your cap table accuracy.
Go to Engage → All.
Find the stakeholder you want to remove.
Click More in the Actions column.
Select Delete and confirm.
Can't delete a stakeholder?
If you can't delete a stakeholder, it's because they have a transaction linked to them. First delete the transaction, then delete the stakeholder.
