Edit or Remove Board Members

You can update a board member's name, email, or role at any time, and remove them from your company records when they leave the board.

Edit a board member

  1. Go to Engage → Groups & Board → Board Members.

  2. Click on the name of the board member you want to edit.

  3. Click Edit in the top right.

  4. Update their details:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Role: Director, President, Secretary, Officer/Authorised Person, or Alternate

  1. Click Save.

Remove a board member

  1. Go to Engage → Groups & Board → Board Members.

  2. Click on the name of the board member you want to remove.

  3. Click on the trash icon in the top right corner.

  4. Confirm the removal.

The board member is removed from your records. This does not affect any documents already signed by them.
