Export or Download Your Data from Cake

Need to export your company data? Cake's Reporting hub has everything you need in one convenient location.

Quick Cap Table Download

For a detailed cap table summary: Go to Ownership → Cap table and click Download in the upper right corner for an instant overview of your current cap table.

Access Your Reports

Go to Tools → Reporting
Choose from the available report types:
- Contact details - Includes all shareholder details and contact information.
- Cap Table - A fully diluted cap table including all securities on issue in the company.
- Shareholders -
  - CSV: Detailed shareholder information with share types and amounts
  - PDF: Produces a Register of Members as at the date you download the report
- Noteholders - Includes a list of all SAFE, Convertible and Non-standard Notes on issue in the company.
- Equity offers - Includes a CSV list of your equity plan holders and their individual offers. Select from complete offers or all offers (including those in draft or incomplete state).
  - Option offers
  - RSU offers
  - ESS / RSA offers
- Transaction history - Includes an entire list of all transaction history for your selected shareholder type.
  - Share transactions
  - Note transactions
  - Option transactions
  - RSU transactions
  - RSA transactions
- At date overview - Historical snapshots of your cap table
- Change tracker - Compare ownership changes between dates (Pro only)
- ESS statement report - Employee share scheme statement reporting (AU Pro only)
Select your preferred report and download in your chosen format (CSV or PDF where available)
