# How do I export my Cap Table from Pulley?

Download your Cap Table from the Pulley dashboard, plus the Stakeholders and Vesting Details reports, before the app closes on 8 December 2026. Signed agreements and prior 409A reports are not in any export and must be collected separately.

Pulley exports your Cap Table straight from the dashboard, and two reports fill in what that file leaves out.

Pulley is shutting down on 8 December 2026, and support ends that day. Export while you can still log in.

### Download these three files

1. **Cap Table.** From your Pulley dashboard, click **Download**.

2. **Stakeholders.** Go to **Company → Reports** and download the Stakeholders report. This contains your stakeholder emails and addresses. No one will be notified until you're ready.

3. **Vesting Details.** From the same Reports page. It gives us every vest date per grant, so your vested numbers carry over exactly.

   * Set the end date to 10 years into the future so it brings your future vesting across.

   * Tick **Include All Stakeholders, Include Terminated Stakeholders, Include Drafts**

Before you send them, open the Cap Table file and double check your incentive plan tab is there.

### Download your documents separately

The export does not include paperwork. Download these before 8 December:

* Signed grant letters, RSA and RSU agreements

* Executed share and grant agreements

* Signed SAFEs and convertible notes

* Board consents and resolutions

* Previous 409A valuation reports

* Your equity incentive plan documents, including any Notice of Grant and Stock Option Agreement

Keep your own copies regardless of where you move to. These documents don't hold up a Cake migration - the Cap Table build only needs the three files above. Download the paperwork now, upload it whenever you're ready.
