How to Change Your Email Address as an Investor
You can update your My Cake login email directly from your portal profile.
Change your email
Log in to app.cakeequity.com/portal.
Click your profile (your initials or profile picture) in the top-right corner.
Select Update Email from the side panel.
Enter your new email address.
Check your inbox for a 'Cake - Email change confirmation' email.
Click Confirm new email to finalise the change.
After confirming
You'll be automatically logged out. Log back in using your new email address.
Note: Make sure to notify the company of your new email so they can update their stakeholder records. If your records aren't updated, future communications and offer invitations may still go to your old address.
