Managing User Access and Permissions
Only Account Owners can change user permissions or remove users from your Cake account.
Change a user's permission level
Go to Settings → Company access.
Find the user you want to update.
Click the pencil icon next to their name.
Select their new permission level.
Click Update.
Remove a user
Go to Settings → Company access.
Find the user you want to remove.
Click the trash icon next to their name.
Confirm the removal.
Note: If you cannot delete a user because they are set as an exercise request approver, go to Plans → Exercise requests → Exercise settings and remove them as an approver first.
