Require Witness Signatures on Contracts
You can require witness signatures on equity offers. This can be enabled after creating the offer, before sending it for signing or, it can be set at a pool level to apply to all offers.
For option grants
Go to Plans → Options (or RSAs or RSUs) and click View pool.
Find the draft grant in your offer list and click on it.
Click Actions in the top right corner.
Select Require witness from the dropdown.
A confirmation message will appear once the witness requirement is enabled.
Set as default for all grants in a plan
If you want witness signatures for all grants sent through a particular plan, you can set it as a default in the plan settings.
Go to Plans → Options and click View pool.
Click Settings in the top right corner
Enable Require witness signature on all offers.
What the witness sees
When a recipient signs, they are prompted to enter their witness's name and email address. The witness then receives a separate signing request and must sign the document before the process is complete.
