Understanding My Cake: Your Stakeholder Portal
My Cake is Cake's dedicated portal for investors, employees, advisors, and shareholders. It gives you secure access to your equity information without needing access to the company's full cap table.
What you can do in My Cake
View your holdings: see your current shares, options, or other equity instruments in real time
Track vesting: view your vesting schedule and how much has vested to date
Check your equity value: see the current estimated value of your holdings (if your company has added a valuation)
Access documents: download signed agreements, share certificates, and holding statements
Accept offers: review and sign equity offers from your company
Request to exercise: submit an exercise request directly to your employer (if they've enabled this)
Accessing My Cake
Go to app.cakeequity.com/portal and log in with the email address your company has on file. See Create your My Cake Portal Account if you haven't set up your account yet.
My Cake on mobile
My Cake is fully optimised for mobile. You can view your portfolio, track vesting, and access documents from your phone. See Use Cake on Your Mobile Device for how to add it to your home screen.
What My Cake doesn't include
My Cake gives you visibility into your own holdings only, you can't see other stakeholders' equity, the full cap table, or company financials.
