Upgrade or Change Your Cake Subscription
You can upgrade your plan or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Upgrade or change your plan
Click the Upgrade button in the top of any page.
Choose your billing frequency: yearly or monthly, at the top of the upgrade window.
Select your new plan.
Update your payment details if needed using the Update button.
Click Upgrade now to complete the change.
Pro rata billing on upgrades
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, adjusted for the time remaining in your billing period. See Understanding Pro Rata Billing for details.
Downgrade your plan
To downgrade, go to Settings and select the Billing tab. Click Want to modify / cancel plan and follow the prompts. If no downgrade option is available, you are currently on the lowest tier plan available to you.
