# See what needs doing on your Dashboard

What appears on the Cake Home page once your company is set up, and how the Actions, Vesting soon and Kudos blocks work.

Your Dashboard page changes once your company is set up and running. Instead of the Get started checklist it shows what needs your attention, who vests next, and the thanks your team has sent. This article covers what each block does.

## Actions

**Actions** lists what's waiting on you, with the stakeholder each item relates to.

1. Click **Check it out** on any row to open that task.

2. Click **Ignore** to clear a row you don't need.

3. Click **See all tasks** to open the full queue with its filters.

## Vesting soon

**Vesting soon** shows who vests next, what's vesting, and how soon. A count at the top tells you how many vesting events fall within the next 7 days.

## Kudos

**Kudos** shows the notes your team sends when they accept a grant or exercise options. Use the arrows to move through them.

## Where the Get started checklist goes

Once Dashboard makes the change, the checklist is no longer shown. Everything it pointed to stays available from the main menu.

The left menu item changes from **Get started** to **Dashboard** at the same time. Both take you to the same page.

## What happens next

Each block fills itself from what's already in your account, so there's nothing to set up. A block with nothing in it doesn't appear. A new company with no plan won't see Vesting soon, and won't see Kudos until someone accepts a grant.
