Cake subscriptions and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can find the renewal date in the Settings & Billing tab of your account, or contact our support team via the chat 💬 in the bottom right corner.

If you don’t cancel before the billing cycle ends, you’ll be charged, but you’ll retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
