2023 Pricing Updates

Why did you make these changes?

We’ve spent the last few months listening to your feedback on pricing and features, and we have made changes to make plans fairer for growing startups, with incrementing per stakeholder pricing as companies scale.

Our new plan structure allows your pricing to be proportionate to your stage of scaling, and ensures you can see the value per stakeholder rather than in broad tiers.

We’ve also released a number of new features, spread across each plan tier.

What is a stakeholder?

It’s a shareholder, option holder or note holder in your cap table (if a stakeholder has multiple holdings, ie options and shares, it only counts as one). A stakeholder does not include a contact that you send communications to, but that does not have a holding.

What if I’m on an Annual Plan?

If you’re on an annual plan, the changes won’t apply to your current plan until the annual renewal date.

What if I have a coupon?

Any coupon code applied to your account will be transferred onto the new plan pro-rata.

When will the changes apply?

The new plans will apply to your next billing cycle that falls 30 days after today. If you’re on an annual plan, then they will apply at the next annual renewal.
