With Cake's reporting feature, you can generate insightful Cap Table reports for specific dates or compare movements between two selected dates.

Access the Reporting Tab
Log in to your Cake account and navigate to 'Tools' -> 'Reporting' tab from the main menu.
Generate "As At Date" Reports
Navigate to the At date overview tab from the available reporting tabs and under the View date, enter the desired date.
Click "Run" to generate a comprehensive report that includes the top shareholders, their equity percentage, the number and value of their shares based on the company's valuation.
Additionally, the report provides information about your option holders & RSU holders, including the number of options granted, vested, exercised, or lapsed on the specified date.
Compare Movements Between Two Dates (Pro only)
To analyse ownership movements over a selected period, navigate to the Change tracker tab from the available reporting tabs.
Within the Date range comparison, enter the starting and ending dates in the "from date" and "to date" fields.
Click "Run" to generate a detailed report showcasing the changes in holdings for your top shareholders and option holders between the specified dates.
Download, or Print Reports
Once the report is displayed, you have multiple options to manage it.
Download the report as a separate file to store or share with stakeholders.
Print the entire report page for physical documentation or offline review.
