Before being able to issue shares as a new share class other than ORD / COM, you will first need to create this share class through the Share Types tab.
Here's how you can quickly set up a new share class:
From the main menu head to the Captable tab.
From the dropdown menu, jump into Shares/Shareholders.
Select Share types / Stock types from the top menu.
Click the + Add share type / + Add stock type button in the top right hand corner.
This will prompt you to add a code for the new class of shares (4 characters max) and the full name of the share class. Add these in, select whether 'Voting rights' or 'Dividend payouts' should be turned on for this class of shares and click Save.
You will then be able to select this share type when issuing further shares, converting shares from one share class to another, starting a new round and / or setting up an option plan!
