Before canceling, make sure to export your data first! Once you have everything you need, follow these simple steps:
Go to 'Company' in the main menu and select 'Settings.'
In the top menu, click on 'Billing.'
Scroll to the bottom of the billing history and click on the text:
To delete your account permanently, click here to close your account
From there, you’ll have two options:
Cancel & Delete: You can choose to cancel and permanently delete your account.
Chat with Support: If you’d like to chat with our team to explore different pricing options, select 'Chat to Customer Success.'
If you choose to cancel, the system will offer an option to pause your subscription for 3 months—or you can go ahead with the cancellation.
