Account Access Troubleshooting & Quick Fixes

Having trouble logging in? Here's how to get back into your account.

Seeing "No account found" message? This usually means you need to create an account or your login method is different:

  • Click the prompt to create an account and set a new password for your email

  • Try logging in with Google or LinkedIn instead - your account might be linked to one of these services

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to the login page and enter your email address

  2. Click Reset Password at the bottom of the page

  3. Check your inbox for the 6-digit verification code

  4. Enter the code when prompted to create a new password

Not receiving the reset email? You might have originally signed up using Google or LinkedIn. Try logging in with those options instead.

Still having trouble? Try creating a new account using the email address where you received your original equity offer or invitation. This usually resolves most access issues.
