Bringing an existing Cap Table across
If your Cap Table lives on another platform or in a spreadsheet, you don't need to pay to see it in Cake.
Our Customer Success team migrates it for you at no cost, typically within 48 business hours. You can then read the whole thing for free, even above the free plan's five stakeholders, and a free Power Up call reconciles it line by line against your existing records.
When you enter payment details
When you're ready to upgrade, click Upgrade at the top of any page, choose your billing frequency and plan, and confirm.
Until then, there's nothing on file.
