Cake's free plan is a plan, not a trial. It starts by covering up to five stakeholders, and stays available for as long as you want it. Nothing locks and nothing expires. Set your Cap Table up, leave it for three months while you close a round, and it's exactly as you left it when you come back.
Growing past five stakeholders
Outgrowing five stakeholders doesn't shut the door either.
Bring your whole Cap Table across, from another platform or a spreadsheet, and you can view every part of it for free. Migration costs nothing and our Customer Success team does the work for you.
When you'd move to a paid plan
Above five stakeholders the free plan is read-only, so you upgrade when you want to run actions on your Cap Table rather than look at it. Not because time has run out. Plans and what each includes are at cakeequity.com/pricing.
Everything you set up on the free plan is still there after you upgrade.
