How can I add a new board member?

You can edit the details of your board members or completely delete the board member in the Board Members section.

  1. From the main menu, go to the Company section.

  2. From the dropdown menu, head to Stakeholders.

  3. Jump into the Board Members tab from the top menu.

  4. Click on the name of the board member you need to edit or delete.

  5. To Edit, click the ‘edit details’ link in the top left corner. This will open all the fields for editing - name, email address & the role type (ie. Director, Secretary, Officer / Authorised Person or Alternate). Click Save once complete.

  6. To Delete, click the trash 🗑️ icon in the top right hand corner.

Once you have your updated board members added in this section, you'll be able to do things like:

  • Add them as signatories to your Share Certificate / Stock Certificate;

  • Send them Directors Resolutions through our 'Blank Contract' feature or as part of setting up your stock option plan;

  • Add them as signatories for an upcoming round through the Raise tool!
