In the main menu, head to the Captable tab and choose Shares/Shareholders

Find the shareholder with the error in their transaction and click on their name

Scroll down to the Transaction History

Click on More on the incorrect transaction and you will see Delete Transaction. OR if there are multiple incorrect transactions, select each one you would like to delete and then click More at the top of the history and you will see Delete Transactions.

In the main menu, head to the Captable tab

Click Transactions Log in the menu on the left.

Find the transaction you wish to delete then click More on the right hand side.

Select Delete Transaction from the dropdown menu.

Confirm that you want to delete the transaction.
