There are two ways you can edit your transactions.
Method 1:
Head to 'Ownership' from the main menu.
Click on your 'Transactions log' - this will pull up a log of all historical transactions.
βN.B. Not all transactions are editable - Share Splits and Share Conversions are not editable. Similar to Shares that were issued as a result of Options being exercised or a Note being converted. To edit these, you will need to delete the transaction altogether and re-exercise the options or re-convert the note.
On any other Shares Issued, Share Transfer or Buy back transaction, click on the three dots to the right of the transaction.
Click 'Edit transaction' and update the date, # of shares, or $ paid to the correct value.
Click 'Edit' to finalise the changes.
Method 2:
Head to 'Ownership' from the main menu and choose 'Cap table'.
Navigate to 'Shareholders' from the top menu and click on the name of the relevant shareholder from the shareholder list that you wish to edit.
Scroll down to their individual Transaction History and click on the three dots to the right hand side of the incorrect transaction.
Click 'Edit transaction' and update the date, # of shares or $ paid to the correct value.
The share class is not editable at this stage. If you made a mistake and need to correct the share class on a transaction, you will need to delete the transaction altogether (available via the same dropdown menu) and add the transaction again.
Click 'Edit' to finalise.
If you need to delete any transactions altogether, follow the same steps as above, but instead of choosing Edit transaction, you'll see Delete transaction. This is what you would need to do if you incorrectly added a share split or share conversion but don't worry, it's super quick and easy to add it back in!
