When issuing options through Cake the % of fully diluted equity is calculated for each optionholder. In Cake this is referred to as the 'Ownership' and is based on the assumption that all granted options of the offer will vest.

βHow is the fully diluted % of equity calculated? π€

This % is calculated by taking the number of options granted divided by the total securities of the company (i.e. total number of company shares + total number of company options).
For stakeholders with multiple ESOP offers, their diluted ownership will accumulate. This total diluted ownership can be viewed in their 'stakeholder' profile but in the offer list on the company side, the % of ownership for each offer will show.
