📝 Here's a step-by-step guide on how to track the progress of a document you've sent for signing through the platform:
From the main menu, click on the "Documents" tab.
In the "Documents" tab, click on the "Pending Signatures" tab.
Click on the document from the list of pending documents.
Check the signing status on the right-hand side. This will tell you who the document is currently with for signing and whether the document has been signed or not. Note: If the signature request fails to deliver, it will also show up here.
🔔 If you want to send a reminder to people to sign, you can do this through the actions tab at the top of the page by clicking on the bell icon.
📝 Please note that for stock option offers and raise documents, the document will only display in the "Pending Signatures" tab if the signatory has opened the document on their end. This means that if the signatory has not opened the document, it will not show up in the "Pending Signatures" tab.
