Download Option Docs for Offline Signing
If you need wet signatures or physical copies of option grant documents, you can download the documents directly from Cake and manage signing offline.
Before you start
Documents are downloaded from a specific grant or offer, not from the Templates section.
Downloading for offline signing means Cake won't track the signing status for those documents. Use Cake's built-in signing flow if you want tracking and reminders.
Download documents from a grant
Go to Plans → Options (or RSAs or RSUs) and click View pool.
Find the grant (US: grant / AU: offer) you need documents for.
Click on the grant to open its details.
Navigate to Preview Documents and click on the relevant document
Click Download
