Usually around 5 business days from when we have your complete records, but it depends on the size of your Cap Table. If you have a date you need to work towards, let us know and we'll work towards it. Getting your Cap Table accurate is what matters most to us.
Migration is part of onboarding and our Customer Success team does the work. You are not rebuilding a Cap Table by hand, and there is no charge for it.

What affects the timing
The build starts once we have complete records, so the main variable is how long it takes to get the exports out of your current platform. That side is usually the slower one.
A Cap Table with a long history of rounds, convertibles and option grants takes longer to build and check than a young one. If you're working to a deadline, such as a renewal or a board meeting, tell us when you send your records.
