Cancel Your Cake Subscription
Before cancelling your subscription, we recommend exporting your data to ensure you retain access to your cap table records and documents.
Only a user with the Account Owner role can manage or cancel the subscription.
Export your data first
Cap table and reports: Go to Compliance → Reporting and download the exports you need.
Documents: Go to Documents → All documents and download any stored files.
Cancel your subscription
Go to Settings and select the Billing tab.
Click Want to modify / cancel plan.
Select Cancel and follow the confirmation steps.
What happens after cancellation
Your account will be deleted at the end of your current billing period. See Cancellation Policy and Refunds for full details on what happens to your data.
