Here's what you need to know about canceling your Cake subscription and our refund policy.
Refund policy
Cake subscriptions and fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, except as required by law. This applies to all plans and billing frequencies.
Avoiding unwanted charges
To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date. You can find your renewal date by going to Company → Settings → Billing, or contact our support team. Click the ? icon in the top right corner of your account and select 'Chat with Support'.
What happens after cancellation
If you don't cancel before your billing cycle ends, you'll be charged for the next period. However, you'll retain full access to your account until the end of your paid period—so you won't lose access immediately.
