Enable or Reset 2-Factor Authenticator for Your Investors

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to protect your investors' accounts and sensitive equity information.

Enable 2FA for Your Company

1. Go to Company in the main menu and select Settings

2. Click the Security tab in the top menu

3. Toggle on the 2FA option

Once enabled, your investors will be prompted to set up 2FA when they next log into their accounts.

Reset 2FA for an Investor

If an investor loses access to their authenticator app or needs their 2FA reset:

1. Go to Company → Settings → Security

2. Look for the investor's name in the list

3. Click Reset on the right side of their entry

The investor will be able to set up 2FA again on their next login.
